Departmental counts
Bi-annual stocktakes provide great stock accuracy benefits, but it degrades with time and this impacts on shelf availability, sales, and customer satisfaction. By introducing supplementary partial counts to a strong-performing department, the stores will get a stock availability lift in its strongest area and that will lead to sales.
